Welcome to your OneManArmy training! This booklet aims to guide you through the platform and provide all the useful information for the smooth running of your training program.

OneManArmy is an online professional training platform specialized in mastering Artificial Intelligence tools. Our mission: to make you operational on all the AI tools essential to your professional activity.

To access your training, follow these steps:

1. Create your account on the OneManArmy platform at the address below
2. Validate your email address via the confirmation link sent to your inbox
3. Log in with your personal credentials
4. Access your dashboard and training programs directly

The platform is organized to facilitate your learning:

• Dashboard: Overview of your progress, recent modules and personal statistics
• Catalog: List of all available training paths and modules
• My Progress: Detailed tracking of your advancement, time spent and assessments
• Coaching: Booking and managing your personalized coaching sessions (depending on your plan)
• Settings: Managing your profile, language preferences and account settings

The training is delivered entirely remotely, in asynchronous mode. You progress at your own pace through video modules, practical exercises and assessments.

Each path is structured in progressive modules. We recommend following the suggested order, but you are free to adapt your progression to your needs and constraints.

Assessments are integrated throughout the course to measure your progress: end-of-module quizzes, practical exercises and self-assessment. These assessments contribute to your training completion certificate.

Upon completing your course, a training completion certificate is issued, stating the objectives, duration and results of your assessment. This certificate is verifiable online via a unique certificate ID.

If you encounter a problem or wish to file a complaint:

1. Send your complaint by email to contact@one-man-army.com detailing the subject and circumstances
2. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within 48 business hours
3. A reasoned response will be provided within a maximum of 15 business days

In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may refer to the consumer mediator in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code (Articles L.611-1 et seq.). The competent mediator is: CNPM MEDIATION CONSOMMATION, 27 avenue de la Liberation, 42400 Saint-Chamond (cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu).

OneManArmy is committed to making its platform accessible to as many people as possible. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our content and interface.

The platform offers: keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, adapted contrast, subtitles on video content (being deployed).
